How can we use AI to overcome the problem of lack of following-up on NCR and RFI?

Dalia, You can utilize AI to create Automated Monitoring and Alerts. Some AI platforms like Microsoft Azure AI and Google Cloud AI Platform can be programmed to monitor NCR and RFI databases continuously. Through natural language processing (NLP) algorithms, they can identify unresolved items and automatically generate alerts to relevant stakeholders when follow-up actions are overdue.

I haven't personally used any of them but just heard from other professionals about their capabilities.

For this type of things you can use AI by automating the flow. In this case generative AI does not apply. I am mentioned generative AI because is the new buzzword. We do that using Microsoft no-code platforms like PowerApps and it is really simple. But you are able to use free of cost solutions that requires minimal programming by using Python or you will find R based tools.
