Any recommendation of requirement management tool that can allow accept customer request add internal requirement and I can export upon number of realized requirement upon releases

I wonder if there is a better tool than IBM Doors to realize the function below.

1. Import/add customer requirement 
2. Add internal requirement
3. Add testing cases 
4. Based on the realized test cases up on each release gate, can export the realized requirement

For a traditional requirements management alternative, Blueprint might be worth investigating.

You might want to look at some agile work management tools - Jira as an example. These are generally not requirements management platforms, but they do provide traceability between delivery artifacts such as detailed requirements, functional requirements, test cases and so on.

To be honest, a used a lot of  tools. Today, in my actual work place, I am using Jira Align and MS AzureDevops from end-to-end management of our initiatives You can find tools including it free of cost tools. My recommendation is select a tool that gives to you the possibility to customize your defined process and go for it.
