No specific activities are planned in my organization as far as I know. I think that formal communication with some best wishes e-cards is all that will be sent.

Yes, a few events are planned annually by People & Organisation team to bring the good spirits of celebrating and empowering women in my org. Its also a reminder of the day as its only loudly shouted in socmed but when more and more organisation do this, its becomes a positive culture and respect to a woman's voice.

Thank you for the answer. Are People & Organization the same than HR? I'm seeing lately some deparments migrating to that name and I'm curious.
In my organization we have ERG's, they are the ones that in colaborarion with HR support and engage on those events.
