How to remember all activity on the projects if have more 10 projects?

If each of your projects is properly documented (including tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables), then you have a good chance of keeping track of them, especially if you use some sort of tracking or project management software.

There are many options available, but the key is finding one that can function well within your workflow and organization's process.

The key, however is still the fact that your projects and tasks need to be organized according to some sort of system so that you can follow their progress even while switching from project to project.

The key to managing multiple projects is centralizing all of the project elements (issues, risks, tasks) into one location. Even if the projects don't relate (but they do because you are the common denominator in them), then they need to be centralized for a single view into what is going on.

There are many options to centralize. My favorite and most cost effective is SharePoint as my company has SharePoint licenses for all users and we are allowed to customize lists. To this regard, you can also do this with Excel. Key again is to centralize everything into one place, so in Excell this means all in one sheet. If you are using MS Project, use one project with each project in different hierarchies. Centralize, centralize, centralize...
