Unable to view my CAPM and PMP exam report.

Hello people, I passed my PMP exam yesterday. :) I received my certificate however, I am unable to view my exam report on the PMI website. This is the same case both for my CAPM and PMP exam. The message is shown as Error 403 - Forbidden. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Appreciate your help, thanks!

My assumption is that it might take a couple of days for the PMP results to be uploaded for online access but your CAPM exam analysis report should be available unless it was taken before 2021 as PMI has archived older exam analysis reports.

I am not sure why you are getting a generic error message - I just tried it (using Google Chrome on a Windows 10 laptop), and mine does let me attempt to access the exam analysis reports for my three original PMI credentials but since all were attained prior to 2021 it tells me "There is no Exam Analysis data to display." but no error message.

Try again and if you are still getting the error message, please contact PMI Customer Care.

Hi Kiron, thanks for your input. I did contact the customer care and they provided a step by step process which still didn't work for me. What I eventually did was keep refreshing the page. After about 4-5 times, the page automatically displayed and I was able to obtain my results. The functioning of the page was real slow but I still got what I wanted. :)

My recommendation, just in case you did not do that, is contact PMI´s Customer Care as @Kiron mentioned above.

Bisharah, I just checked mine and every is working well. Glad it worked for you at the end. PMI did revamp their platform recently and there are some glitches and bugs which they are working to resolve so this might be the reason you couldn't see you results until you have to refresh the page. It happened to me once for my PDUs.

I understand Rami. The button for updating the PDUs also werent working for me. I did contact the customer care but I guess some part of the maintenance is still going on. Nevetheless, now it is working and thanks for all the help everyone. Appreciate it!
