I have more than 15 years of experience in Project Management. After Clearing PMP what I should Plan Next ? Pgmp or Pfmp. Please provide your views...

I would suggest reviewing the prerequisites for both the certifications and then take a call. It also depends on the role that you are playing and your future goals. Generally I have seen people doing PgMP and then after that PfMP.

Also, please note that neither credential is in high demand by most recruiters or hiring managers so you should do a thorough cost/benefit analysis on pursuing either of these.

What you do next should complement your career path and goals so if you're working as a Program or Portfolio Manager, then either one of those can complement your path but if not, then I would look at something different like DASSM or PMI-ACP.

Both PfMP and PgMP have high experience requirements and their application process is very rigorous, not straight forward like the PMP and there is panel review. I recall it took me one week to complete the application for each (Around 15 hours of work for each). I shared my PfMP and PgMP Experience in my blog. Below are the links:
