I am certainly attending PMXP 2024. This is a fabulous opportunity to listen to knowledgeable speakers and learn more about PMI's direction. I am very intersted in Agile and am looking forward to Stefano Setti's spin on integrating Design Thinking. Also on the docket is Pierre Le Manh, Americo Pinto, and Menaka Gopinath session on the future of PMOs. As a manager of a PMO, I would not miss this. How PMI will integrate PMOGA and what we have to look forward to in this regard is of great interest to me and I am sure to anyone running or working in a PMO.
This is excellent John. AI is here to stay and the least we can do is take advantage of its emergence. I am looking forward to learn more on how organizations can benefit from the adoption of AI both in their operations and project management. Saving Changes...

Hi John,
Looking forward to learning about leadership styles that dovetails with the exponential growth of these AI technologies
Good topical issue you are tackling. I am interested in learning how AI will affect the PM environment and ease off work to the benefit of PMs. My question is , will not AI send PMs to redundancy? Or is there an interface between traditional PM and AI Era PM?

Hi Zenzo,
While AI is powerful, I believe it will augment the role of the PM rather than replace it. AI excels at processing data and automating tasks, but it lacks the human touch crucial for understanding complex interpersonal dynamics and fostering collaboration within the team.
