Standard CRM Implementation RAM/RACI

Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I could find a good sample RAM/RACI for a CRM implementation? Trying to avoid reinventing the wheel and leverage knowledge of people with more experience than me.

I'd suggest approaching the CRM vendor you are going to use as they might have something specific to their implementations because artifacts like a RACI are extremely scope, approach and organization-specific.
