What tips are there for the smooth functioning of the design-construct interface? Consider construction input to design, resolution of ambiguities onsite, response to events...

So, Paul, set aside AI and other techie stuff.
Focus on people, process, and leadership.

And practice proactive listening.

When suddenly confronted with any type of challenge, make your response:
"Tell me more.... please."

Paul, Early collaboration and clear communication are key. We did adopt an integrated project management approach on all our projects where all the parties are on the same table from the outset of the project: PM, CM, Architect and Client. This provided to be a very successful approach.

Paul, 1) The deliverables provided by the design dept to construction shall be very minimum to avoid any huge modifications at site.2) Lesson learned suggested by Const in every project shall be taken care in future projects by the engineering dept. This will avoid to improve the quality and to maintain coordination. 3) Const dept will mostly come after 30 % of project after the tender gets awarded and the initial deliverables are issued. To avoid any conflict with design input, early collaboration and integration by involving the key stakeholders in Model reviews can give success mode.
