AI (ML, GenAI for example) have been started to leverage in project management. It sounds that AI has a positive impact, but how do you measure it and does it change the way you plan projects?

In our case, we are using flow related metrics adding to that TTM (time to market) and NPS (net prompter score). In the flow related metrics we have a special component related to DevSecOps flow metrics.
