So, recently for managing a big budget construction project I used three key tools: Asana, Trello and Microsoft Teams. For real-time monitoring and for improving efficiency and coordination in my project team, I setup Asana. It helped me to establish a systematized and well regulated team collaboration environment.
Trello, on the other hand, proved to be really useful for tracking the project milestones and to manage subcontractor activities. From initiation phase to completion phase, I managed most of the project workflows on Trello only.
Microsoft Teams, proved really useful for clear communication with my subcontractors. I was able to efficiently monitor the project progresses at the site, not even by visiting the site everyday.
