Just in case you were wondering the same, I am a new Project Manager looking to build my "Tool box". While I have experience from my previous career as a Contracts Manager, I took a leap into Project Management and am looking for some good foundational templates to help me build my "control costs" tools. I appreciate any suggestions or advice. Thank you!

Hi Denise, thanks for posting!

I would suggest starting with the "Templates" section of ProjectManagement.com: https://www.projectmanagement.com/templates/

I searched for ones related to EVM, and this is what I found:
https://www.projectmanagement.com/delivera...rksheet-package
https://www.projectmanagement.com/delivera...pressure-points
https://www.projectmanagement.com/delivera...evm--calculator
https://www.projectmanagement.com/delivera...rogress-tracker

Hope this is a helpful starting point!

I would suggest being more specific about which tools you currently use to collect your progress to simplify the process. You can build something in Excel but programs like Project, Primavera, Jira, etc. have built in functions.
