Hi, everyone! I'm Claire Sanders. As a Manager at PMI, I am looking to learn more about how project professionals are using chatbots in their work.

What are the top questions you would ask a chatbot to help you manage your projects more effectively?

While a GenAI chatbot might be able to help with the questions posed by Jason & Mazin, the reality is that currently you'd have to provide so much confidential/internal data to enable the AI prediction engine to come back with helpful responses over and above what you'd get from using non-AI tools or other non-technology references (e.g. SMEs).

With such constraints, a more effective use might be to use them to tune messaging for specific stakeholder needs or to provide advice on working through a specific challenge where the context can be sufficiently scrubbed to enable it to be used in a prompt.

Claire, I wholeheartedly fully agree with Kiron on all fronts. I am not planning on doing so soon but if I had to at some point, then this is what I would ask:

1) What are the upcoming deadlines for my projects?
2) Can you provide a summary of the current status for all my projects?
