Several times, I successfully tried to break up group thinking and tunnel vision by introducing chaos and enabling divergent thinking. At first, they hated me for this, but later, they thanked me.
Chaos, like complexity, is just a perception. The water molecules in a river move chaotically and unpredictably - who cares?
