How do you manage requirements on TFS?

We are planning to use TFS for requirement management in my organization. Could anyone tell me if they are using it for requirement management and it would be of great help if you could direct me to some example.

First you need to get the high level requirements documented, then start feed them into the Product Backlog as a form of a user stories (if you used scrum template) or scenarios (in case using MSF4Agile template).
Your product owner needs to continuously revisit these user stories to extract more details. for each new iteration more details will come for the development team so they can deliver value.
