Have you ever had to manage a project with limited resources? How did you or your team make it work?

Resources are always limited by definition. I understand you are in Japan. Take a look to Lean and all related to quality.

If resources are limited, then you reduce one of the other constraints to accommodate what you have and work on a prioritized basis with what delivers greatest value. I'd also echo Sergio's recommendation to apply lean principles to ensure the work done by the team gives the highest bang for the buck (or the yen :-) ).

Clarification: What resources are limited? Are you referring to tools and if so which ones?

Bexs Nelson ,just a general question for discussion, and I would like to hear the experiences of people who have handled projects with limited resources, whether it be budget, personnel, software, hardware, sponsorship, etc
