Greetings. I recently took on a new position as a director of a specific portfolio of audit projects. I am the direct supervisor of a team of assistant directors who manage their own teams. I am looking for books and articles that may provide tips, tools, guidance on leading other supervisors and managers.

Any suggestions?

Congrats on your new position. In terms of books, I do recommend: "The Coaching Habit: Say Less, Ask More & Change the Way You Lead Forever" by Michael Bungay Stanier.

Regarding articles, Harvard Business Review publishes lots of articles on leadership and maangement so check them out as they can provide valuable insights.

Good luck with your newly entrusted role!

Go to: Deming.org.
And then study some quotes, narratives, and the SoPK.
Cheers,
Bill
