When I watch the webinar before April, I will get the PDU Claim normally. However, after watching the webinar in April, the PDU Claim was not collected. Why?

It generally takes 7 to 10 business day to get the PDUs updated.

It does sometimes take between 7 to 10 business days. Under your profile here (Top right corner), choose Settings from the drop down menu then it will take you to a page with menu on the left. Choose PDUs Awarded and check the status of your webinar PDUs (This is in case you watched the webinar through this platform).
