Things like Copilot exists from long time ago. People have to clear define what does mean productivity and mainly take into account to quality mainly related to non functional requirements. We are using it from long time. But regarding change initiatives, just I like to comment that everything you introduce in a system will change the system, where system is the whole organization. Today a new buzzword emerges: generative AI. So, in my actual work place we are fully oriented to the use of it. Here is where the type of domain where the organization is working takes place.
