Need understanding on Dont's for project practitioner's using GenAI

Don’t train models on data that is already restricted for users—e.g., confidential, sensitive, proprietary, etc
For getting better outputs for the data, can we input actual cost on the project to evaluate.

It should be driven by your organization's relevant policies and standards. If they don't have an AI one, they may have a data policy that governs use of data by 3rd parties and this could be utilized for that purpose.

Specifically for AI, there is the need to have qualified subject matter experts to curate data as inputs but also to review, validate and provide feedback on generated results.

Finally, while we can delegate activities to AI, we cannot delegate the accountability for those.

I have two important “Don’ts”:

1) Don’t copy and paste content as is from GenAI.
2) Don’t full rely on AI and always verify final outcome.

When organizations like to use generative AI in their business they must take into account that almost a new business unit must be created. In this business unit organizations has to include lawyers, inclusion specialist, linguistic specialist, as the minimum roles. Pay attention to data is just a small part. No matter the data the results and the prompts (questions) users "ask" to generative AI entity must determine the answers.
