Would you prefer your PM to be someone who is skilled in his trade or someone who is very passionate and positive thinking? Which is more important to you, attitude or aptitude, when you are hiring a PM?

Hi Julie,

I agree that there is a little bit of chemistry working in the interview in selecting the candidate. In other words, perception of the candidate during the interview is important too. Sometimes, a candidate might not look outstanding in the resume, but impressed you a lot when meeting up with him or her face-to-face.
