Nowadays, technology has taken an impactful role in all areas of knowledge. There are various tools that accompany the daily work. AI has arisen as unstoppable to gain prominence. A Project Manager should always be up to date with the technology advancements to take advantage of new tools, applying them to their management processes and tasks.
Communication tools have also advanced a lot, giving us the possibility of connection with people on the other side of the world, and providing collaborative work platforms that allow us to participate from diverse locations.
