In projectmanagement.com, I could see multiple badges. One among them is the Celebrity badge. It has been mentioned that to earn the badge, one needs to complete the public profile with profile photo, introduction, and resume. But, post completing the profile with the mentioned information since long, the badge did not get highlighted. So, I would like to know from the PMI Team whether there is any added criteria for earning the badge or whether the badge is not applicable as of now. Saving Changes...

Thank you for the tag Rami Kaibni ! Surupa Chakravarty thank you for posting about this! I checked with the team and the Celebrity badge not being applied when the criteria is met is a known issue that our developers are working on. I will update this thread when I have a timeline on when we expect that to be fixed!
On another note, as Rami mentioned, we are reviewing our badging system as a whole and I would love your feedback as I get further in my research phase! I'll be posting some avenues to provide feedback in a few weeks!

Hi Surupa Chakravarty ! One of my team members was able to apply the Celebrity Badge manually while our developers work on the fix. Once the fix is in place, they will be able to retroactively add badges to individuals who should have received them. Saving Changes...

Surupa Chakravarty , I experienced the same issue earlier, and Heather McLarnon assisted me in following up on the issues, which are currently solved. She is very helpful and might be able to look into your issue as well.
Meanwhile, I believe this discussion should be moved to Community Central instead of Project Management Central section within the PMI community.
