Hi Aritra. Perhaps did not fully answer your questions but you will find all related to scope management inside the business analysis guides adding to that the requirements management standard. What I tried to point out is not related to scope, is related to requirements. No matter that I delivered this courses from long time splittted them by role: product requirements, closer to business analyst role, project requirements, closer to project manager role. A foundational PM course from any reputable provider should cover these topics, but you might want to decide what types of project approaches you wished to focus on as that might guide your offering selection. For example, if most of the projects you manage follow an adaptive approach then that might suggest a different avenue than if they are managed using predictive ones.
