We are trying to develop a PMO services catalog for our IT PMO. We are a mid-sized organization with roughly 90 IT employees. We do custom software development, run infrastructure, web development, data science/AI and security projects. Does anyone have a catalog they can share and/or would anyone be willing to review our draft catalog? We are a 'facilitative PMO' meaning that we dont have project managers or BA's reporting into our team. we mostly provide framework, portfolio management, procurement, tools etc.
