Hi Everyone. I am new to PMI but have experience in program development, implementation and audit of ISO 9000, 14000, 18000, ICS, Emergency Response, etc. I am an engineer with Oil and Gas Project experience. I was wondering if there is a template for carrying out a compliance audit to PMI standards for a large project? First step is to do documentation/project plan compliance. Does a good PMI compliance check list exist?

There is NO "One size fits all" Project Audit methodology, the trick is to identify the stakeholder requirements and apply the Risk Based Audit Methodology aligned with the best practices of PMBOK to ensure the objectives of the project is exploited in the most efficient means.
