PfMP app, panel and exam experience

I am curious if anyone has any tips or good resources for the PfMP.  I am looking to hear from folks who are certified or have completed the app and panel and/or sat for the exam?

My recommendation is thinking about the value of this certification. Value in terms of your career path in your current organization and markets demands. If you ask me, I will go for lean portfolio management certification.
