Certainly and as far as I know from both ''Generative AI Overview for Project Managers'' and ''Data Landscape of GenAI for Project Managers'' courses available here in PMI which I strongly recommend to you! Here's a summary of how you can use AI for management and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Data Analysis and Insights: AI analyzes data to provide valuable insights, identifying patterns and trends that may not be apparent to humans.

Predictive Analytics: AI forecasts future trends and outcomes based on historical data, enabling proactive decision-making.

Performance Monitoring: AI-powered tools monitor KPIs in real-time, alerting managers to deviations and enabling proactive management.

Automated Reporting: AI automates report generation, saving time and reducing errors, providing comprehensive performance overviews.

Natural Language Processing (NLP): NLP analyzes unstructured data like customer feedback to extract insights, informing management decisions and improving customer-related KPIs.

Resource Optimization: AI optimizes resource allocation by analyzing usage data, maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.

Risk Management: AI assesses risks by analyzing data sources, helping managers implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and achieve KPIs.

Personalized Recommendations: AI provides personalized insights and recommendations based on individual preferences and organizational goals.

By integrating AI into management processes and KPI tracking, organizations can gain a competitive edge by leveraging data-driven insights to drive performance improvements and achieve their strategic objectives.

I am working with AI from 1989. The problem I am seeing is becomes a new buzzword because the "maketing" created around by generative AI (ChatGPT and others tools) which is just a subset of AI. So, AI is a boarder term that are in place and it is surrounded to us from more than 30 years ago. Relating to your question, you have lot of good tools with AI entities embeded that can help. Somthing obvious: if you do not know the process or the meaning of the terms then AI will help just to learn but not more than than in the short term.
