We are all talking loudaly about AI but,  Here are some points:

1) Human judgment and intuition in subjective assessments.
2) Complex interpersonal dynamics like team dynamics and negotiation strategies.
3) Concerns over data privacy and security in AI implementation.
4) Some organizations may not have integrated AI due to perceived complexity.

Anything else?

AI can help in some areas more than the others. However, you need to check the output and make sure that it is based on what you think.

Kaplesh, those are all valid concerns and given that AI is still in it's infancy, it's hard to tell how those concerns will shape up. I definitely have ethical, privacy and security concerns.

AI is a boarder term. I could say that you are using AI in tools for performing project management work and perhaps you do not know that. But "the boom" is generative AI. So, my recommendation is taking a closer look to PMI´s GenAI courses on the matter. Mainly the take a look to the 3 layer model.
