Hi All,
I've taken the class for the VSM microcredential certification. I did great in the class and practice exams but can't seem to pass the certification exam. Any tips to help with this or other things to study? I've taken it twice so far. Saving Changes...

Hi Jennifer, sorry to hear that. quite honestly, amongst all micro-credentials, the VSM exam was the hardest as many of the questions require an in-depth understanding of all concepts and certain level of expertise. I am not aware of any other study material other than the course but I recommend you go through the course one or two more times while diving deeper into each topic. That's what I did at the time.

Okay thank you. I really thought I had a good understanding and grasp on it. I wish they would show you a general idea of the questions you got wrong so I knew where to focus my efforts. But I'll keep trying. Thank you for your reply.

You're welcome. You must have an idea which questions you were 100% confident about and which you were not. The ones that you were in doubt about your answers, try to dig into those areas deeper when you go through the course again. Good Luck!

Hello, the exam is bugged - just took it again and it failed again. The questions were exactly the same as during my first attempt (it was less than a week ago so I remember them quite well). The questions themselves were not that difficult and there were quite a few obvious fillers (potential answers had no logical connection to the question).
Please investigate!

My recommendation is forget about it. Take the microcredential will not help you in the future. What will help you is to understand all related to value stream management. Unfortunately people like Al Shalloway has lived the PMI as far as I know. Saving Changes...
