I've taken the class for the VSM microcredential certification. I did great in the class and practice exams but can't seem to pass the certification exam. Any tips to help with this or other things to study? I've taken it twice so far. Saving Changes...
Like I have posted earlier it appears that something is wrong with the module itself - we may be entering correct answers, yet the engine counts them as incorrect or (!) thanks to Jared Fanning's observation the pass / fail ratio may be set at 100% so a single miss will set the entire test to fail. Hello everyone- I feel your pain- I struggled with this exam for hours on an absolutely beautiful fall day in upstate NY that I will never get back. Sorry still not happy even though im done now...As others have eluded- the course is bugged...for one you have to take the exam twice- once in the intor and once at the end which is really odd. 2- when taking the exam there are 2 questions that ask you to select 3 choices that apply. well you can do that all day and it wont work unless you choose 4 selections .. play around with that for a while and you should be able to work your way thru. for the test in the intro- i dont think i even ended up completing it but ended up getting the module checkmark 0 ill take it for my troubles. Hai All, I have attempted 3 to 4 times, but not moving beyond 79.16 for 1 incorrect. Especially that multi choice question (Effective Value Stream) asked to choose 3 answers, but no luck. When 80% success rate for this exam, how come it is not crossing that passing percentage for 1 incorrect. Out of 30 Qs, 29 answered correct. Only 1 question valued such an high score? or is there bug in the exam ? Will try tomorrow again and update my observations. Thanks

I passed the exam yesterday. All you need to do is answer every question correctly. Just find the answers to any incorrect ones, and you should be good to go.

Yes, I cleared the exam yesterday after all 30 correct and received my certificate and badge. Thanks

I figured I would finish this up before it no longer counts as a micro cred and after taking it once (failed). I figured I would be able to take it again after they said they would email with instructions. Nope. No email. When I go back into the my micro cred area of the website, the VSM course doesn't show up anymore to retake it. I'm still able to view the course content and it says 100% complete, but any trace of there being an exam or credential associated with this is gone. Pretty disappointing. Saving Changes...

Hi team - same issue here on the VSM exam multi choice questions (I have all the other answers correct). Seeing that people seemed to have passed is there an error in the two multi choice questions? Hi, I just completed the course "Value Stream Management" and took a couple of attempts to clear the exam (due to the same issue reported by others in this thread). However, I see the certificate that says "Certificate of Course Completion" with no signatures from the Chair-Board of Directors / President & CEO" etc., that we usually see on this type of certificates. Just wondering if I am missing something. Could anyone in this forum help me understand please? Thanks a ton! Saving Changes...
