Value Stream Management-Microcredential

Hi All,
I've taken the class for the VSM microcredential certification. I did great in the class and practice exams but can't seem to pass the certification exam. Any tips to help with this or other things to study? I've taken it twice so far.

It seems that the VSM micro-credential exam has been quite challenging for some users!

Stumbling upon this thread as I too thought this was an excellent course and then was hit HARD by the level expected in the exam! Back to my notecards!

The issue with the exam is still there where you can't pass unless you answer every single question correctly..... I cannot seem to find the correct order for the following question.... any idea... I also can't seem to get intouch with support. which of the following are simplicity factors that reduce impedence?(choose three) - Small Batches - Attend to delays - department centric value streams - subject matter experts dedicated to shared services - limit work in progress.

You are correct, you have to answer every question correct to hit the 80%, very frustrating. I tried many times.

Many find the VSM exam tricky despite doing well in class. Try focusing on real-world application of concepts like flow efficiency, bottleneck analysis, and value delivery metrics. Reviewing case studies or PMI’s sample questions can also help reinforce practical understanding. Keep going!

I have just recently passed this course and I did NOT get a 100%, but it did give me a pass. I had to retake three times in order to get a passing score, but the grading was highly inaccurate all three times. I hope you have passed by now. Remember it isn't all about the certificate, but being able to apply the knowledge will be your most important asset.

Thanks. I just took the exam. It still kept me at 79.16 despite getting all 29 out of 30 questions correct. I contacted PMI on their whatsapp contact. Initially I was contacted by bot and then a live agent got online within seconds and the microcrendential issued immediatley. Just a note to all others who are still struggling. Cheers!
