The AI is coming, its there, it will be there. But to begin with, which area of operations and going by the PMBOK, which process group will it have a major impact? This along with the options and the details will help in making ourselves ready to take up the challenges and the opportunities.

My recommendation is taking a closer look to both couses delivered by the PMI for free. Mainly take a look to a 3 layer model created by the PMI. I think it could be useful and mainly I think the answer to your question is in there.
