Hi, I am urgently looking for a weekly DD status report ppt/template covering muliple locations/geos, appreciate any help.

Need to cover transition status in DD (due diligence) phase against baselined plan, alsocoverage for issues, risks..etc.

Prefer PPT format, if possible.

Now that some time has passed I;m curious to know: (1) whether anyone responded, and (2) why you didn't just design your own.

As this has just jumped to the top of my discussion queue, I thought I'd jump in. Why is a due diligence status report different from any other project weekly status report?

Bipin:
There are lots of templates and tools on this site. Have you tried any of them and if you found one that is working let us know. Most templates need to be tweaked to fit the culture and steering committees so a standard is important.

Reporting may differ from team to project manager, vendor to project manager, project to program manager and project/program manager to sponsor/steering committee. Let us know which templates are working for you.

Thanks.

Naomi
