Hello project professionals! Would you be interested in a virtual project assistant who could handle all your routine, prep, research, reporting, data entry/analysis for your projects? What hourly rate you would consider as reasonable? What other tasks you wish to delegate to a project assistant? Thank you!

Given that PM-focused GenAI tools are advancing fairly rapidly, such an offering might have a limited viability.

Thanks for your reply, Kieron!
I have experience where the leader of a project team did not have time to properly organize and use AI. I have a feeling that there is still a place for people in helping projects. At least for these days.

Valentina, while there is still a place for virtual assistants, yet, I agree with Kiron, its becoming more limited by the day and it is also heavily dependent on the industry too.

Thank you, Rami!
we definitely need to catch up and master new tools and especially PM AI! I am very satisfied to be a support in projects! It's priceless to feel when a project is completed and you know that you were part of it, so, I'm not ready to give up on project teams, leaving the PM alone with GenAI :-)

Dear Valentina
The two most important aspects of a VPA's value are:

Skillset and Experience: A skilled VPA with experience in project management tools and your industry can handle complex tasks efficiently. This frees you up to focus on strategic initiatives.

Communication and Collaboration: Clear communication and collaboration are essential. You want a VPA who understands your needs, asks clarifying questions, and keeps you updated on progress.

A VPA can work in two ways:The best option depends on your needs and budget.

In-house: You hire a virtual assistant as a regular employee, but they work remotely ?
Freelance: You contract with a freelance VA for specific projects or on an hourly basis?
