Error Message - "mypmi-app.Common.ErrorCode 406"

I'm receiving the below error message when I try to navigate around my account and access the course. Could anyone help?

"Not Acceptable. Please try again later. mypmi-app.Common.ErrorCode 406"

I have the same issue even on microsoft edge. How can I resolve it?

I have tried 3 browsers without success. I have reached out to customer support with no luck. I got a "We can't replicate your issue" response from customer support. I can't access this at all. Help!



EDIT: After talking to customer service, I was told that it is because I am using VPN (which I am not) and then I was told that it is because my computer is too old. This is not acceptable. When I asked for an email to email my concerns to PMI, I was given an email that autoresponded with a "we no longer use or monitor this mailbox" response.

Hi, I have the same issue! What should I do to solve it? I am usign my work computer, it worked fine until a few days ago.

Hi, I've been having this issue for quite some time I thought it was my network or laptop but now I realized it's worldwide. It makes is it impossible to access my dashboard in PMI. The error description is as shown below:

" Not Acceptable. Please try again later.



mypmi-app.Common.ErrorCode 406 "

Please, can anyone from the PMI technical support team assist?
