I have tried 3 browsers without success. I have reached out to customer support with no luck. I got a "We can't replicate your issue" response from customer support. I can't access this at all. Help!
EDIT: After talking to customer service, I was told that it is because I am using VPN (which I am not) and then I was told that it is because my computer is too old. This is not acceptable. When I asked for an email to email my concerns to PMI, I was given an email that autoresponded with a "we no longer use or monitor this mailbox" response.
