Honestly, I don't know where to begin. This is the million-dollar question, but after all these years, no one has ever given me the answer.
Oh, how many people have I asked, yet no one has told me where to start? No one has really talked to me and said, "In loving with me, where do I start?" No one has quietly come and informed me where I should start.
No one in the twilight has raised two hands and called out affectionately, "Where do I start?" so, when I saw that neither friends nor relatives could tell me where to begin, I lay on a bed of sand and asked the sky, "Where should I start?" But still, no answer came.
How wonderful it would be if someone simply said, "Start here and end here!" like a project, A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique products, services, or result.

Where do you start with.... what? ... a project?
ere is a hand rising in the twilight across many timezones. Just let me know a little context, and I will be happy to try to provide an answer of some sort, rightly or wrongly!

I agree with Krion. Newton's 1st law of physics states that an object at rest remains at rest. An object at motion remains at motion in the same direction unless a force acts upon it.
Make the decision to go from a state of rest to one of motion in your planned direction, and then adjust your path as needed. Whether it is starting a path to a certification, degree, exercising, or whatever, the hardest part is taking the first step.
There was a silly movie in the 1980's called Better Off Dead, where the main character has to race the villain down a treacherous ski run (The K12) to win his love interest. The advice he receives from the heroine of the movie is quite simple, but has occurred to me many times when trying to start a difficult journey:
Go that way...very fast. If something gets in your way, turn.
Once you commit to starting, the first hard part is over and now you can focus on guiding your momentum in the right direction.

Sometimes, the best way to begin is by simply taking that first step, even without knowing exactly where it leads. Trust yourself, and if no one holds you back, you’re on the right path! Saving Changes...
