What metrics or indicators do you use to measure the success of your leadership on this platform?

Prasad, there are so many metrics but for me, the most important metrics for assessing your own leadership success are: Feedback from others (Including Emloyee satisfaction), Team Performance, Goal Achievement which is depenedent on your role and what you do.
