I need to teach a virtual 40 hour one week PMP prep class multiple times a year.

Are you going to be teaching for a PMI Authorized Training Partner or is this something you are doing for staff within your own company? If the former, then the ATP is responsible (once they have confirmed your qualifications) for putting you through the adult learning/train-the-trainer online course which PMI offers to ATPs.
