Hi Sarah, Thanks for initiating the discussion. AI can act as a support to help the Project Managers. The task of making sure that projects are executed well, understanding the roadblocks, understanding of the team members in case if they are unable to meet the deadline and humanitarian part still lies with PMs. Project Managers should learn AI and with the understanding of the domain knowledge, they will be able to delivery the results faster and better. The adoption of IA in PMs will help us to add value to our Project work and the prompt Engineering become in a great tool to increase the success ratio of the results, because the dilignet use of IA, but always the PMs must be clear that it is not a replace of the knowlegde that all PMs must have and cultivate. I see Gen AI as a tool to improve efficiencies in time and budget to deliver business value. It saves me time when compiling a presentation. I do check the sources retrieved for context and relevance to the topic. I have used it as a second opinion when answering a RFX that is complex in nature.
