Researching for an article at The Fast Track.
Also, if you could include which project managers have most influenced you, who would you call out as being the most influential in PM circles? Saving Changes...

I think the lack of answers after a week gives you a clue - but I'll be more specific - I wouldn't follow ANY PM on twitter, or at least not for professional PM-related purposes.
Twitter does have its uses, but the concept of it seems to me to conflict with the professional activities of PM, and PM is too sophisticated concepts to be covered succesfully in such short-form communications as Twitter.
I'm not saying that nothing useful could ever be said about PM in 140 characters - just that not enough can be conveyed to make this a regular information "feed", so not worthwhile following an individual for this purpose. Saving Changes...

Just a quick update. The Top 14 Project Managers to Follow on Twitter was published and a follow up series of interviews with these folks on The Fast Track offering all kinds of PM advice.
You may not be on Twitter, but there are lots of great article links shared between project management professionals there under #pmot #pmp #pmo #pmi and of course with @ProjectMgtcom

I'm a huge twitter fan - it's actually been one of the better ways I've networked with other PMs. Especially when I'm reaching out looking for webinar presenters, etc.
I find that those who are active on twitter are also quite up to date on trending content - something we're always looking for.
Here are just a few of my favorites that I'm following:

Thanks, Alex. It was great to be included in this list last year - I do appreciate it (and I have started to tweet more stuff from other people!).

why are you wanting to interact with them (us)?
twitter is great and many people/companies are sharing and linking interesting content on there that you won't always find here. Why would't you want to follow them? There are no commitments or limitations, and you can mute them if they are no longer of interest.
Liz @pm4girls has always been a great content creator for many years here on Projectmanagement.com and there are a great deal more who live in both spheres.
you can always keep up to date with items of interest under the hashtag #pmot definitely add @apm @pmi to your list. Our gantthead guru Dave Garrett @DaveG523 is also on there.
I use a personal account and also manage the feed for a community of PMs and also oversee the feed from my consulting company. While there is some cross over, I do also make sure that they are not identical and just retweeting eachother's posts.
