Hello Ajjanthan – and Welcome to PMIs Online Community! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just as a note, PM Basics is no longer the official PMI prep course for the CAPM exam. PMI launched a new course to replace it, the PMI® Authorized On-Demand Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® Exam Prep Course.
To compensate for the missing practice exam, I see that Customer Care has given you access to the new course. Please can you confirm if you received?
