Validating and checking outputs is critical when working with AI systems like Generative AI. Such validation approaches may include establishing clear criteria, implementing strong testing protocols, and continuous refinement.

In your experience with AI, what are some best practices for ensuring the results you receive are accurate, relevant, and aligned with your original goals?

Knowing what and how to use it and using keywords while running artificial intelligence is like a very useful assistant.

Start with a good engine that has learned based on sound information. Then understand how to input your request to truly get the output you want.

Providing the specific context in clear and consise way is essential.
Exactly my thought too. no ambiguity, just clear, specific prompts and you keep adjusting till you get what you really want

For accuracy , you ight cross check the results with an other Gen AI , so when the accuracy of the results are crucial , a combination of two Gen AI can be useful .

Personally, I like using the CREATE formula to get them accurate and attach previous examples of work if possible. If no previous examples of output exist, then I advise the LLM on what needs to be expanded. Typically, I find myself being more specific in the prompt and asking to be specific in some areas and offering guidance in others. I also ask the LLM occasionally to ask me questions for anything that may not be clear.
Thanks for the valuable info, really helpful to use the same when solving critical issues

To get the best results from AI in project management, you need to be smart about how you use it. First, be crystal clear on what you want cause AI can’t read minds, so your goals need to be well-defined. Next, make sure the data you feed into it is solid; bad data means bad insights. Pick the right AI tools for the job and don’t just take its recommendations at face value, always double-check with your own expertise. Keep an eye on AI outputs over time, tweaking and refining as needed, and watch out for any biases that could throw things off. And most importantly, remember AI is a tool, not a magic fix. The best project managers will be the ones who know how to use AI effectively without losing the human touch.

I think as long as we can narrow our questions to the specific project situation the AI would be able to respond within the range of our expectation, however the more we can refine the AI gets better
