Eventhough, we are still not using any of the AI tools to our organization, seems that describing properly the case you need support with and interacting with the tools properly, helps tune the outcomes. The process of sharing the appropriate information with the AI, following security standards and avoiding sharing clients info, definitely needs some very good preparation, but the value of using it seems to be really important to any company.
