If you had the opportunity to go back in time, would you change anything about your Project Management career?

I think there were likely PM positions which I held which I should have left sooner and others where I should have stayed longer. However, the missteps we make teach us valuable lessons which might not be learned some other way so had I acted different I might not have enjoyed the journey as much as I have.

As someone who is about to retire fully in a few months time, when I look back at my career there has been a logical progression which has kept me learning and producing value.

Kiron, I completely agree with your perspective. There's a lot to be said for the lessons we learn, even from the bumps in the road. Those experiences, both the good and not-so-good, have shaped who we are today. Thank you for sharing your thoughtful reflection on your career journey!
