Although implicitly understood, here are some additional insights:
[A] Embracing sustainable leadership without modeling its qualities in all your interactions will result in a voided value proposition.
[B] Understanding your organization’s corporate political nature and dynamics and permitting yourself a license to navigate said politics through the use of the same is critical to success.
Although I could add a few more, your abstract is well-stated and comprehensive. I especially appreciate your comment regarding “aligning project objectives with the organization’s strategic objectives,” such a principle cannot be understated.
I'd double-down on George's great feedback that modeling the behaviors which you want to see in your team members is critical.
I'd also add that sustainable leadership is predicated on a leader creating psychological safety within their team so team members feel confident speaking up if they feel actions are being taken which impact their performance, engagement or other aspects of team dynamics.
