With Generative AI, iteratively refining and optimizing prompts can lead to better AI-generated results. This may involve adjusting the specificity or clarity of the prompt to increase relevance and accuracy of results.

What examples do you have of how improving a prompt drastically changed the output quality?  What specific changes did you make that led to the improvement?

More context with reliable information and giving examples of the specific tasks required will result in better results from the Generative AI model.

When you refine prompts by adding specificity, context, and iterative details - you significantly enhance the quality of AI outputs. This practice ensures that the results are more accurate, relevant, and aligned with the original goals, ultimately leading to better project outcomes and more effective use of AI tools.

Increasing specifity and more context leads to more accurate and refined results/output. I am not familiar with the diverse frameworks provided by Sergio Luis Conte; speaking to GenAI engine as I would speak to another human (thus, providing context and sufficient level of detail) provides great outputs.
In my work experience, context clarity and been very specific helps with faster and accurate results.

Improving a prompt drastically changed my output quality in a sense as feeding the right prompt to the system gives the required output. For example, prompting input obeys the law of conservative of energy in Physics where output is as result of input through the process. Before, I studies the course in prompt engineering, I have constantly received inaccurate output from chatGPT and Gemini because I did not understand how to frame my prompts. Since studying the course, my prompt has changed and I am now receiving more accurate output form ahich ever tools I use.

I have also applied the chain prompting to get the system to re-frase information to give better output.

After refining a prompt, I've received better responses using GenAI. I've also learned how to be more detailed and clearer in my prompting to improve future response rates.

Until I started taking the course I was partially using "RT" form. After taking the course so far, I have refined my prompt in RTF form with more details. I could see drastically improvement on the response, which is more precise and fitting to what I was expecting for. Still further refinement is needed for most of the cases but itirately I improve my prompt until I get response which satisfies me.

This might be a little different than the intent of the question, but it helped me think through some challenging prompts. After not getting the output I was seeking, I asked, "what are contrarian or lesser known courses of action that can yield positive outcomes for [XYZ]?" While this approach is hit or miss on the outputs direct relevance to the issue, it causes me to rethink my approach. I then edit my prompt approach to include these elements which seems to refocus the outputs and results in better outcomes. It doesn't always work as hoped, but it can help me see the issue in a way I'd not thought about and that helps craft better prompts.
