With Generative AI, iteratively refining and optimizing prompts can lead to better AI-generated results. This may involve adjusting the specificity or clarity of the prompt to increase relevance and accuracy of results.

What examples do you have of how improving a prompt drastically changed the output quality?  What specific changes did you make that led to the improvement?

The output quality becomes better when you refine the prompt.

To get the desired and expected output, its become standard now to provide a chain-of-task (queries) rather than being dependent on single complex query.
As experienced, it becomes a too-much data (information) to consume and evaluate and thus increasing the time for getting a particular work done, loosing the capabilities of GenAI. This does happens due to paucity of time, which one has to look and by keep patience. slow and steady wins the race.

Increasing specifity and more context leads to more accurate and refined results/output. I am not familiar with the diverse frameworks provided by Sergio Luis Conte; speaking to GenAI engine as I would speak to another human (thus, providing context and sufficient level of detail) provides great outputs.
I like the idea of asking the question as if I was talking to a human, like if I met with a mentor or a SME in a particular field, I would provide context and details that would enable that person to give me the most relevant insights.

There are framewoks to create prompt. This is part of the Prompt Desing discipline. Those that gave me and the initiatives where I was included are:R-T-F (Role-Task-Format), T-A-G (Task, action, goal), B-A-B (Before, after, bridge), C-A-R-E (context, action, result, example), R-I-S-E (role, input, steps, expectations).
Thank you for this information, this is frankly very new to me, so will have to experiment

I am still in the early stages of using GenAI in my daily work. I appreciate everyone's comments here to help me continue to refine my prompts and receive higher quality results.

I like the ability to interact with the tool on various levels. As more questions are provided, I can see for myself the knowledge base is building more. I even corrected the tool once and in return, the tool thanked me.

I'm agree that the best way to improve quality in the response of AI is refining and continous changing the prompt adding detailed information tailored to the goal of my request and project.
