To improve dual time tracking in our projects

linkedin twitter facebook   Agile   Change Management   PMO
To improve dual time tracking in our projects, we're encountering challenges with the cumbersome Excel format and inconsistent adoption of our dedicated platform. We need effective strategies to optimize these tools or explore alternatives that offer a more efficient and user-friendly solution. Currently, the team is looking to enhance Excel. From your expertise, how can we enhance this dual control in technology projects?

Karen,
Could you be more specific on what you mean by dual tracking and the functionality you are trying to improve?

Is it manual time entry combined with automated timekeeping via a time-clock app? I was quite curious what "dual time tracking" means and a web search turns up more on high-end wristwatches than project management references.
